Volleyball Specific Strength and Conditioning
BeachDig is proud to have one of the top Strength and Conditioning Trainers on our South Florida coaching staff. Not only does Coach Kendra manage Club BeachDig for the whole state of Florida, but she is also a very popular and busy strength and conditioning coach for hundreds of athletes from amateur to pro.
During our beach volleyball club season (May-July), BeachDig Florida will be offering volleyball specific strength and conditioning packages that you can add on to your club membership. Programs will be designed by Kendra to help improve your game and your performance both on the beach and indoor. You will find out more about this option when you register for the program this summer.
In the meantime, Kendra is very busy working with indoor volleyball players, clubs, teams and a variety of other athletes. Read below to learn more about the volleyball training that she offers and how it can help you take your game to the next level.

About the Trainer
Kendra VanZwieten has been a Certified Trainer for over 8 years with a focus on Sports Performance Training.
She is a ranked in the top 25 professional beach volleyball players in the country and the top 10 teams in the country.
Kendra is a college volleyball coach and trainer and has been a Club Volleyball speed and jump trainer for over 5 years.
She has coached and/or trained over 20 NCAA Volleyball Scholarship Athletes as well as
worked the best volleyball players in the world - Misty May-Treanor.
Schedule and Location
Times: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 7pm (other times may be available upon request)
Location: 6855 Lyons Tech Circle Suite 16, Coconut Creek
Program: 2 sessions per week minimum (up to 4 per week)
