Head Coach: Shayna Munson
Coach Shayna Munson was raised in Temperance, Michigan. She played varsity volleyball under the most winning coach in Michigan. She was a four-time varsity starter, as well as 2-time player of the year and All-American, and graduated from Bedford in 1999. After high school Coach Munson went on to play at Eastern Michigan University. There, she was named captain her junior and senior year. After finishing her career in 2002, at Eastern she proceeded to coach under her former coach, Kim Berrington. After 2 years of coaching at Eastern, Munson then decided to move down to Florida and pursue her beach career where she is one of the top players in Florida. In October (2010) Coach Munson was inducted into her high school's Hall of Fame, where she is 1 of 4 females to ever be inducted. She is also still avvery active and successful player on the Pro Beach Circuit.
This will be Shayna's third year coaching with Club Beach Dig and we are happy to have her leading our Tampa division.
